Yoiko Child Development Center offers full day and hourly care for children ages six weeks to five years old that have not yet started Kindergarten. We require written guidance from a physician, therapist, or other appropriate health care professionals.

The Family Child Care program provides care for children ages two weeks to twelve years old in on-base housing. All FCC providers are licensed child care professionals. Licensed FCC providers are the only people on base who may provide care in government quarters for more than 10 hours per week on a regular basis.

The Cheli School Age Program is offered to children from Kindergarten to sixth grade. Cheli SAP is open for full time care during school breaks.

The Lunney Youth Center provides a safe, fun, and educational after school environment for children ages nine through thirteen. Annual memberships are available to for children which includes FREE access to multiple, daily Boys and Girls Clubs of America and 4–H sponsored programs and clubs. The Misawa Teen Center provides a fun, safe, and interactive after school and weekend environment for youth ages thirteen through eighteen. Annual memberships are available and include FREE access to daily Boys and Girls Clubs of America and 4–H Clubs, specials events, and trips.
