Accessing Your Military Education Record is Easy!

Log on to the Air Force Portal. Education / Training / Force Development is listed under the featured links.
The AFVEC is the 8th selection down.
Once logged on into the AFVEC, please verify under the "Personal Data" tab that the all information reflects your current duty station.

If you do not have that option, then your information may not be current. A quick stop by our office will update your records! This gives you access to apply for Tuition Assistance, check CCAF Progress Reports, or request a CCAF transcript, as well as access to study guides and officer commissioning information.

Community College of the Air Force (CCAF)

CCAF is the largest community college in the world, offering 69 degrees in five areas:

AU-ABC Program
(CAC access required)

AU-ABC is the Air University Associate to Baccalaureate Cooperative Program. AU-ABC is an initiative between the Air Force and civilian higher education institutions to offer baccalaureate degree opportunities to every Air Force enlisted member. The program directs Airmen with an Associate in Applied Science degree to a collection of accredited military friendly colleges and universities to consider when completing a four year degree.

Civilian College Options

Opportunities to begin and complete secondary certificates, as well as associate, baccalaureate, and master degrees are available at various colleges and universities. Adult institutions represented on base are:
