has been discontinued.
Please bring your own towel.

Combinations of kickboxing & core-training with pilates.
SPIN
A combination of sprints, drills, and climbs on stationary bikes.
DANCE COMBO
Cardio dance workout.
STEP
Simple but fun moves for a great workout with step.
ZUMBA FITNESS
A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating a dynamic, effective workout.
POWER YOGA
Enhance all components of physical fitness, especially muscular strength and flexibility.
FITNESS YOGA
A combination of the classic elements of Yoga creating an active, modern, fun class while honoring the traditions of Yoga.
YIN YOGA
Passive holding in asana (no standing poses) to penetrate the body deeper than the muscle tissue and to access the connective tissue and fascia, stimulating growth, lubrication and spaciousness.
All Classes are FREE!
The minimum age to participate in fitness classes is 13.
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to sit and observe classes in the aerobics room.
