ZUMBA FITNESS
A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes
creating a dynamic, effective workout.
MILITARY FITNESS
Muscular strength & endurance training.
CARDIO CONDITIONING
Cardio kickboxing and lifting weights to music. |
CIRCUIT-TRAINING
Timed bouts of activities/exercises performed in a
station-to-station
or sequential manner. Focuses on cardio endurance and muscular strength.
POWER YOGA
Enhance all components of physical fitness, especially muscular strength and flexibility.
FITNESS YOGA
A combination of the classic elements of Yoga creating an active, modern, fun class while honoring the traditions of Yoga.
YIN YOGA
Passive holding in asana (no standing poses) to penetrate the body deeper than the muscle tissue and to access the
connective tissue
and fascia, stimulating growth, lubrication and spaciousness.
MOM & TODDLER
Low impact cardio workout for mom. Toddler can sit and
observe classes in the room at the Freedom gym.
WATER EXERCISE
Incorporate a variety of rhythmic body movements performed in the water at the Himberg Pool.
